At Steve’s Discount Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene items (if opened)

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider

  • If still not received, contact us

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
